This event is brought to you by Algonquin College Learning and Teaching Services, and your Students' Association.

Join us on Tuesday, June 20th for an early celebration of National Indigenous Peoples Day.

2:00pm – 4:00pm:
We will be hosting a Tea, Teaching and Bannock workshop where we will gather to look at ways we can advance reconciliation and Indigenous knowledge.

4:30pm – 6:00pm:
There will be a showing of Indigenous short films followed by a Q + A presented by Asinabka Festival.

6:00pm – 8:00pm:
We will close the evening with a feast and fire in Ishkodewan.

Parking

Paid parking is in effect at all times. Red Parking Lot 8 is the closest possible lot to our venue. Parking is a $6.00 flat rate on weekends and after 5:00pm on weekdays in Lots 8, 9, 10 and 12. See Algonquin College Parking Services for the parking map.
