Your SA is pleased to offer grad photography sessions through PhotoVisions. Check out the upcoming dates below and book your session today.

What’s included:

Your $40 sitting fee (which includes a $15 contribution to your Students’ Association) covers an 8–12 pose session with a professional photographer, a private online proof gallery within 1–3 business days, and one professionally retouched, watermark-free, high-resolution digital image of your choice at no extra cost. Additional prints and digital packages are optional.

Preparing for Your Graduation Photo Session

We supply everything: gown, cap and the correct hood or stole for your credential, in a full range of sizes. Please do not buy or bring regalia.

Professional attire photographs best. A collared shirt with a tie, or a blouse or top with a simple neckline, in solid colours works well. The gown covers most of your outfit, so what shows is the collar area. Avoid busy patterns, large logos and bright white tops that can flare under the lights. Keep jewellery simple.

Bring a second outfit if you would like casual or LinkedIn-style headshots without the gown. Cultural or professional dress (for example, a uniform or scrubs) is welcome.

Wear them if you normally do. We manage glare on set, and if any remains we remove it in retouching. Anti-glare lenses or a spare frame without lenses help.

Come as you want to be remembered. Bring a comb, and a touch-up kit if you use one. A private changing area is available on site.

Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Sessions take about 10 minutes. You will get email and SMS reminders 48 hours and 2 hours before, with directions and parking information.

Quiet, sensory-friendly slots, adaptive-cut regalia and step-free access are available on request. Just note it when you book or email.
