Herman Miller Student Video Contest
The furniture supplier for the college's Mobile Learning Centre has invited Algonquin students to participate in a student video contest called "Where's Your Hub?" First-place prize is a $2,500 cash award. Should a student from Algonquin come in between first and third place in the contest, Ottawa Business Interiors has agreed to supplement the prize with a study ”Hub” to that student consisting of an Aeron chair, Embody desk and Herman Miller desk lamp (valued at approximately $2000).
