Fundraising

Is your program or recognized student club interested in hosting a pub or partnering on an event to raise funds?

If so, there are a number of opportunities available. You can either plan a pub night (note: themed events work best) and sell tickets for the event, or you can work with the SA to help co-promote a concert/guest speaker/or other event.

Each situation will be reviewed on a case by case basis, but here are the basics you'll need:

• To provide people to sell/collect tickets at the door
• To help promote the event, and poster/flyer on campus
• To ensure the event reaches a predetermined capacity before you’ll receive any of the funding (you may be held liable for costs if the event fails).
