Group Class Descriptions

Cardio Combo

This class will get your heart pumping as you challenge your body with cardio movements combined with muscle conditioning. Get the best of both worlds with fat burning and body sculpting all in one hour!

Yoga

An important fitness component that is often overlooked! Yoga promotes strength, flexibility, balance and deep breathing, improves circulation and concentration, releases tension and clears your mind. Learn more about your body’s natural energy while exploring with each pose.

 Body Sculpt

A challenging class for strengthening! Intensive but easy to follow body sculpting class utilizing various resistance apparatus. Focus is on muscular endurance and strength.

 Pilates

Mind and body workout that teaches body awareness, good posture and graceful movements. Pilates concentrates on building a powerful core as well as longer and leaner muscles with traditional abdominal exercises. This class will enhance your body alignment, balance and overall strength.

 Extreme Fitness

A high energy class designed to provide overall body conditioning through cross-training, motivating you through short bursts of cardio followed by periods of strength training. This rugged hour will keep your heart pumping and get your body sculpted!

 Power Stretch

Take charge of your day with this balanced workout combining Strength Training and Deep Stretching! A full body class that targets all of the major muscle groups and intense stretching exercises to produce long and lean muscles!

Military Muscles

Military Muscles is a class in which each individual can push themselves to strengthen muscles and increase cardio with a variety of movements in a circuit fashion. This class also incorporates a variety of both body weight and dumbbell exercises for a whole body workout!

 Bootcamp

A bootcamp style workout with several activities all running in a circuit type fashion! Cardio components with integrated weighted exercises that will challenge you and allow you to build muscle while improving your cardio!

 BLT (Bum, legs, and tummy)

This class focuses on lower body, followed by a total core and stretch. You will love this class!

 Total Ball

The stability ball takes fitness to a brand new world of fun and challenge! Train for muscular balance, coordination, endurance and flexibility. This class is a total body workout combined with the extra core challenge provided through the use of a resist a ball.
