Meet the 2022-2023 Recommended Board of Directors.

Good afternoon,
I’m thrilled to present the 2022-2023 Recommended Board of Directors. They began this process as individuals hoping to create change within their college community. Now, they are united, working together to be elected as the SA’s next Board of Directors.
I’ve had the privilege of getting to know them as individuals over the last few months, and in the last week, I’ve gotten to know them as a group. Together, they are passionate about mental health, student wellness and success, and revitalizing a campus community as we move toward a return to a rich student experience.
The Recommended Board of Directors for the next academic year are:
- Pooja, Hotel and Restaurant Operations Management
- Marwa Alibakhiet, Public Relations
- Gwyneth Jones, Architecture Technician
- Daniel Larente, Outdoor Adventure, Pembroke Campus
- Bolu Olutunda, Public Relations
- Atlas Ruth, Social Service Worker
- Bhavya Taneja, Business Administration
If elected, I know they will lead the SA into our next exciting chapter and continue our mission to create an environment that inspires a passion for student success.
The election takes place at the SA’s Annual General Meeting on Thursday March 24, 2022 at noon. You can vote for the seven candidates in advance on our website.
