Yoga with Aimee (Yin)
This class is designed to slow the body down and gently stretch the muscles while increasing joint mobility. Through longer-held postures, we work into deep fascia and connective tissues, allowing the body to relax, rejuvenate, increase flexibility and mobility, and prepare for restoration.

Tuesday and Friday at 8:30 am

Yoga with Stephanie (Vinyasa/Hatha)
Through creative, challenging, and lighthearted vinyasa flows and hatha practices, we will explore our breath and movement as we dive into the body and mind, building mental and physical inner strength. We’ve designed our classes to bring you home to yourself, find the inner wisdom beneath all of life’s conditioning, and honour yourself exactly as you are. Join us on the mat!

Monday and Wednesday at 8:00 am
Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 pm
