Please Note:

For Ottawa Students:

Appointment time slots are released every Friday. You will receive an appointment confirmation email once you have successfully booked an appointment.

Please note that the Food Cupboard is unable to hold or store food items for later pick-up. We kindly ask that you plan your visit around your schedule and ensure you have enough time to take your items home immediately after your appointment. Booking an appointment right before a class or meeting is not recommended, as we cannot store items for you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
