This full-body program is designed for clients looking to build strength inside and out. Focusing on basic workout plans, and staple exercises, this program fits all levels of fitness!

What to expect?

  • 2 Classes per week for 12 weeks
  • Duration 45+minutes
  • Full Workouts (Warm-up, Mobility, Exercises, Stretches)
  • Focus on Technique and Form

Absolutely! Ladies Who Lift Programming has been designed with beginners in mind. When you register our coaches will forward an online consultation which will allow them to better understand your level, and how best they can support you within the program.

We will make sure to accommodate any injuries and find a suitable substitution. Getting strong is important especially if you have an injury!

We offer Personal Training which would allow you to work with a certified personal trainer who can customize a program to fit your individual goals and needs. We also offer a wide range of Group Fitness Classes and programming throughout the year. Connect with Alexandra Laneville at lanevia@algonquincollege.com for more details.

We often get asked this question! It depends on if you apply what you learn in the class outside of the classes as well. The more effort you put in, the more results you may see!

We would love to have you join us two days a week, but completely understandthat won’t always be possible. If you can only make one class a week you can most definitely do so, and we will provide you with weekly workout breakdowns which will allow for you to complete any days missed on your own.
