World Mental Health Day falls on October 10th. In honour of this day, we are introducing a series of activities focused on promoting mental health and overall well-being.

Our second event in the Fall into Wellness Series is a Painting Night with local artist Sheila O’Brien. Art is a powerful way to express emotions and relieve stress.

No registration is required, but please note this event is on a first-come, first-served basis.

See you there!
