I started my fitness journey in an exercise physiology class 20 years ago, and it showed me the amazing things that our bodies can do. After studying health sciences, practicing fitness as a coach, and going on my own fitness journey, I’ve decided that fitness is an art and a science. Everyone is unique, and I personalize my clients’ programs with that in mind. I help the people I work with recognize their abilities and meet their goals by taking an approach that’s both educational and practical. Sharing what I know with my clients is always a rewarding experience for me.
