How to Register for Classes

Take a group class in one of our two Fitness Studios. One studio has a traditional wood floor and hosts classes including Zumba, circuits, and yoga. The second studio has a sport Mondo floor for classes including spinning, boxing, and kickboxing.

Access is included with your ARC membership. Active members can use their EZFacility account to schedule and manage bookings.

To begin making Fitness Class, Climbing and Bouldering Wall, or Wolves Den Games Room bookings, please visit the ARC Welcome Desk (X Building) to activate your EZFacility self-service account.

Class Rules

  • Rule 1: 
    • 5 minutes after class starts, no entry is permitted. Classes must start on time to allow you and others an opportunity to enjoy the whole experience.
  • Rule 2:
    • Arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class to secure your reservation. If you have pre-registered and fail to arrive before the 5-minute warning, your access to the class will only be granted on the remaining availability (First-come, First-served Basis).
  • Rule 3: 
    • If you can no longer attend your class, please cancel your booking as soon as possible to free up the space for another member.
