The full Body Strong & Lean program is designed to help women optimize training and establish a strong foundation of strength, movement, and lifestyle habits in a safe and sustainable way.

Designed specifically for women, this two-day-a-week program combines strength and cardio into a variety of formats at your own pace. Ideal to keep you going on your strength journey. Whether you have been training for a long time or just want to get back into the gym with a concise program, this one is for you.

What to expect?

  • 2 Classes per week for 12 weeks
  • Full Workouts (Warm-up, Mobility, Exercises, Stretches)
  • Focus on Technique and Form
  • Weekly Workout Breakdowns sent prior to class
  • *BONUS* Extra Self-Guided Workout provided per week

Yes! Please email lanevia@algonquincollege.com to be put on the waitlist as we have limited spots available.

Absolutely! Ladies Who Lift Programming has been designed with beginners in mind. When you register our coaches will forward an online consultation which will allow them to better understand your level, and how best they can support you within the program.

We will make sure to accommodate any injuries and find a suitable substitution. Getting strong is important especially if you have an injury!

We offer Personal Training which would allow you to work with a certified personal trainer who can customize a program to fit your individual goals and needs. We also offer a wide range of Group Fitness Classes and programming throughout the year. Connect with Alexandra Laneville at lanevia@algonquincollege.com for more details.

We would love to have you join us two days a week, but completely understandthat won’t always be possible. If you can only make one class a week you can most definitely do so, and we will provide you with weekly workout breakdowns which will allow for you to complete any days missed on your own.
