Stop by the ARC every Monday for a new fitness challenge!

Come on over and compete against other members to set the best times, do the most reps, or hit other goals. Every week is something new!

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health, and what’s more motivating than some friendly competition? Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities – so let’s get moving!

Bonus: Each week, our top challengers will have a chance to WIN a price!
