On Friday, May 26th, join the AC Hub and your Students’ Association for an exciting adventure to Camp Fortune’s Aerial Park!

Test your balance and climbing abilities as we climb ladders, amble across suspended bridges, balance on tight ropes, and fly through the treetops on ziplines!

Camp Fortune’s Aerial Park has 30 treetop challenges and 5 ziplines and their certified leaders will ensure we have a safe and fun journey so all you’ll need to do is have fun!

This event is open to current Algonquin College students only. Registration is required as there are limited tickets available.

To register, please visit the AC Hub Front Desk (2nd Floor, Student Commons) with a $20 cash deposit (reimbursed at check in on event day) to secure your spot.

One ticket per student.

    • Check in at the AC Hub (2nd Floor, Student Commons Building)
  • 9:15am
    • Board the bus to Camp Fortune
  • 10:00am to 1:30pm
    • Aerial Park Experience at Camp Fortune
  • 2:00pm
    • Board the bus back to Algonquin College
  • 3:00pm (approximately)
    • Bus arrives back to Algonquin College

More About This Event

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The maximum weight restriction for the Aerial Park is 250 pounds. Participants are not permitted to bring anything with them through the Aerial Park (no water bottles, cameras, backpacks, etc.). Camp Fortune has pay-per-use lockers available to store your belongings if you bring anything with you.

WHAT TO WEAR: 

Please dress for the weather. No loose clothing, closed-toed shoes are mandatory, and long hair must be tied back. Helmets and harnesses will be supplied.
