In celebration of Indigenous Peoples’ History Month, we will be hosting a special evening of First Nations Stories told by Ottawa’s Town Crier, Daniel Richer.

This will be an outdoor event by a fire where you can learn fascinating history and enjoy amazing stories shared by Daniel Richer.

About Daniel Richer:

As a sickly child, he learned these stories at the feet of his grandmother, Rose. She was wise in the ways and traditions of their people and, like all Elders, generous with her time and attention.

Daniel grew up and engaged in various activities involving sharing words, such as teaching and acting. However, it was when he began sharing the traditional stories of his people, first with his sons and then with others, that he truly started to enjoy life on stage and in classrooms.
