On January 22, join the Student Health & Wellness Zone, the AC Hub, and your Students’ Association for Bell Let’s Talk Day! From 11am – 1pm, help us break the stigma surrounding mental health by visiting our Mental Health & Wellness Coffee House in Student Commons!

At the Mental Health & Wellness Coffee House, students are encouraged to break barriers and talk openly about mental health. Hear from both Claude Brulé, President and CEO of Algonquin College, and Maria Silveira, President of the Students’ Association. Afterwards, enjoy live music from artist Adria Kain, a Toronto-based R&B singer-songwriter aims to connect with the world by presenting stories of lived and shared experiences through her music.

About Bell Let’s Talk Day: 

  • Dedicated to moving mental health forward in Canada, Bell Let’s Talk promotes awareness, acceptance and action with a strategy built on 4 key pillars: Anti-stigma, Care & Access, Research, Workplace Leadership.

Parking

Paid parking is in effect at all times. Red Parking Lot 8 is the closest possible lot to our venue. Parking is a $6.00 flat rate on weekends and after 5:00pm on weekdays in Lots 8, 9, 10 and 12. See Algonquin College Parking Services for the parking map.
