Help students in need and get a head start on your spring cleaning for a chance to win $50 in grocery money. Starting on Tuesday, April 1, donate your gently used items to the SA Thrift Store by dropping them off at the SA Front Desk (E114) on our Ottawa campus between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Anyone who donates from Tuesday, April 1, to Tuesday, April 15, will be entered into a draw to win a $50 grocery gift card.*

Donations can include:
  • Clothing
  • Books
  • Office and school supplies
  • Small home goods and decor
  • Kitchenware
  • Vinyls/CDs
  • Non-perishable foods (going directly to the Food Cupboard)

Non-perishable food items must be sealed and not past their best-before date. All other items must be lightly used, clean, and in good working order—no plug-in electronics.

Moving out of residence? Let us help you with that. Drop off your items at our booth by the Residence Front Desk from Tuesday, April 15 to Thursday, April 17.

Donation drop-off ends Friday, May 9.
*One draw entry a day per person.

Parking

Paid parking is in effect at all times. Red Parking Lot 8 is the closest possible lot to our venue. Parking is a $6.00 flat rate on weekends and after 5:00pm on weekdays in Lots 8, 9, 10 and 12. See Algonquin College Parking Services for the parking map.
