Join us for free self-defence classes in honour of International Women’s Day! Led by a certified instructor, this session will teach practical techniques to navigate unsafe situations, build confidence, and stand in solidarity against gender-based violence.

Sessions take place on March 4 and March 7 from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM in Studio A. If you or someone you know needs support, Project Lighthouse offers resources on consent and healthy relationships. Let’s take action together to create a safer campus community for all!
