This semester, join us for a series of accessible, introductory-level martial arts workshops!
You can start or continue learning martial arts with our rotating Intro to Self-Defense Techniques and Intro to Jiu-Jitsu classes with Coach Keith. Classes will alternate each week.
Coach Keith is currently a Massage Therapy student here at Algonquin College, and he holds the following certifications:
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Purple Belt
- SAFE 360˚ Certified Self Defence Instructor
- Boxing 4 Health Certified Instructor
- PD Warrior Level 2
- PWR Moves Instructor
