WHAT IS YOGA?
Through creative, challenging, and lighthearted vinyasa and hatha flows, we will explore our breath and movement as we dive into the body and mind, building inner strength both mentally and physically.
In some exercises, we slow our bodies down, gently stretching the muscles while increasing joint mobility. In other exercises, we work into the deep fascia and connective tissues through longer-held postures, allowing the body to relax and rejuvenate, increase flexibility and mobility, and prepare for restoration.
Our classes are intentionally designed to bring you home to yourself, to find the inner wisdom that lies beneath all of life’s conditioning, and to honour yourself exactly as you are. Come join us on the mat!
WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga mat (optional)
- Water bottle
- Clothes you can move in
Yoga will begin promptly at 10:00AM, we suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early. Registration required.
