Take charge of your health and start your fitness routine today!

Your Algonquin College Students’ Association is pleased to provide the Pembroke Campus with a 1300 square foot, state-of-the art Fitness Facility located across from the Students’ Association office on the second floor overlooking the gymnasium.

Work out with a full circuit of Precor C-Line selectorized machines, or use the new TKO urethane dumbbells to add variety to your routine. Users of all ability levels will love the Precor treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals with the added benefit of watching your own television. Be inspired by the open concept cardio area that overlooks the gymnasium.

During this session, you will learn how to:

  • Start, stop, and change settings on cardio machines
  • Change seat height and weight selection on machines
  • Perform different movements with proper form
  • Follow the rules and proper etiquette at the Fitness Zone

**Please note: an orientation is NOT a personal training session.
