Reservations

Heading over to the Wolves Den Games Room? You can pre-book your bowling lanes, pool tables, and the golf simulator. A reservation is required to access the Games Room facilities.

Rates

Students who are fee-paying members of the Students’ Association (Student Activity Fee and the Athletics and Recreation Fee) in good standing have full access to all ARC facilities. It is included as part of student fees and is subject to the completion and submission of the waiver.

Use the Registrar’s Office Tuition and Fees Estimator to see if you have paid these fees as part of your program of study.

*Please note: Non-members are not required to complete the waiver.

Rules and General Information

• When booking a game for the first time through EZFacility, select the “Buy Package” option. Packages are included with memberships and do not cost anything.
  • Completing this one-time step will allow users to book up to 2 time slots per day for that specific game.
  • This step only needs to be done the first time you book each type of game.
  • Members are only permitted to add one bowling, one pool, and one golf simulator package per account.
• Each booking reserves a game for one hour. Individuals are limited to a maximum of 2 hours per game per day.
• Socks are required for bowling and are available to purchase at the Games Room counter.  
• Please arrive on time. Games Room staff reserve the right to cancel your booking 15 minutes after your start time.  
• There is a maximum of 6 players per game. Guests can add players to their bookings upon arrival. 
• All students using your booking must provide their student card upon arrival.  
• All students must exchange their student cards to borrow equipment from the Games Room (bowling shoes, pool balls, golf clubs). Staff will return your student card when you return the equipment to the counter. 
• Cancelling or changing reservations: 
  • SA Fee-Paying Members: View and manage your bookings under the “My Schedule” tab of your EZFacility account. 
  • Non-Members: Please call (613) 727-4723 x5828 or email wolvesden@algonquincollege.com.
