Full-time international and full-time online students can opt-in to the Student Health Plan by paying both the Health Plan and Student Activity fees, and filling out the Opt-In and Dependent Application Form. Part-time students are not eligible for the Student Health Plan. Add a Dependent Full-time domestic students who started their programs in September or January may add one or more family members (spouse or dependents) to their plan for an additional fee.
